This Website Terms of Use and Conditions of Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between PM Century LLC ("PM Century," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," "your," or "user"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of any website, application, or online service that displays, links to, or references this Agreement (collectively, the "Website\" and "Services").

BY ACCESSING, VISITING, BROWSING, USING, REGISTERING FOR, OR ATTEMPTING TO INTERACT WITH ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.

1. Access to the Website; Registration; Eligibility

To access the Website or certain Services, you may need to register and provide information such as your name, email address, and authentication details. You agree that information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

We may refuse access, suspend, or terminate your account if we believe your information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or if your use creates risk, harm, or legal exposure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Eligibility: The Services are intended for users who can form a legally binding contract where they live.

2. Purpose of the Services; No Exam Guarantee; No Affiliation

PM Century provides educational tools intended to support professional learning and exam preparation.

No Exam guarantee

The Services are a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass the PMP®, PMI-ACP®, or CAPM® exam, achieve any particular score, meet eligibility requirements, or obtain any professional credential. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

No affiliation with PMI

Unless explicitly stated in writing by PM Century, PM Century is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute ("PMI®"). "PMI," "PMP," "PMI-ACP,\" and "CAPM\" are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Google Sign-In (OAuth/SSO); What We Access (and What We Don't)

We use Google for authentication

We offer sign-in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO) through OAuth (implemented via Supabase authentication).

Data we receive from Google

We typically receive only the following from Google:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • A profile image URL and Google account identifier (to support login)

We do not receive your Google password

We do not see, receive, or store your Google password. Your Google credentials stay with Google.

Revoking Google access

You can revoke the App's access through your Google Account settings. After revocation, you may not be able to sign in until you re-authorize access.

4. Data Deletion; Account Closure

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@pmcentury.com from the email linked to your account, with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

What happens next:

  1. We may ask you to confirm the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  2. We will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account within a reasonable period.

Effect of deletion: You will lose access to your account history, results, and reports.

5. Acceptable Use; Restrictions on Use

You may use the Website and Services only for your personal, non-commercial use, and only as permitted by this Agreement.

You may not (and may not authorize any third party to):

  • Co-brand the Website or Services or present them as your own.
  • Frame or mirror any portion of the Website/Services without written permission.
  • Create deep links that bypass access controls without written permission.
  • Use the Website/Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, impair, or interfere with the Services or other users.
  • Obtain or attempt to obtain Content or data through any means not intentionally made available by PM Century.

6. Automated Access; Scraping; Security; Anti-Cheating

You may not use automated means to access the Website/Services, including bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, agents, or similar tools.

No cheating or hacking: You may not attempt to manipulate scoring, results, recommendations, or reporting, including by submitting false data or exploiting defects.

7. Proprietary Rights; Intellectual Property; Question Bank Protections

All content, materials, and functionality accessible through the Website/Services are the proprietary property of PM Century and/or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Limited license

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, PM Century grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

No copying or redistribution of questions

You may not copy, record, screenshot in bulk, scrape, publish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share any questions, answer options, explanations, rationales, or study guidance without our prior written permission.

8. User Submissions; Feedback License

If you submit any remarks, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other materials to PM Century ("Submissions"), you grant PM Century a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and exploit such Submissions.

9. Purchases; Subscriptions; Billing; Renewals; Cancellation

Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing or subscribing, you authorize PM Century and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and third-party fees. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law.

10. Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms, if any, will be presented at checkout and/or in the purchase terms applicable to your plan. If no refund policy is stated at purchase, purchases may be final to the extent allowed by law.

11. Beta Features

Certain features may be offered as beta/preview. Beta Features are provided "as is" and may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time. You use them at your own risk.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website/Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. PM Century is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Website/Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available via the Website footer. Please review it carefully.

14. Termination; Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, your use creates security risk, harm, or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Website/Services.

15. Disclaimers

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE/SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Website/Services and Content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Century will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Website/Services.

No liability for exam outcomes or career impact: We are not liable for exam failures, missed opportunities, or employment decisions.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PM Century from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Website/Services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under 17 U.S.C. §512 including your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you believe is infringing, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

19. Governing Law; Arbitration; Venue

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Agreement to arbitrate

Except as expressly stated below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court.

No class actions

You and PM Century waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or security.

Arbitration administrator

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Venue for permitted court actions

The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

20. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement.
